Website scans and enquiries

Refresh by Ashford Software uses the name, email address, website URL and message you submit to assess your request and respond about a possible migration. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Our scanner retrieves a limited sample of publicly accessible pages. Scan sessions expire after ten minutes and cached reports after thirty minutes; expired records are removed during scheduled maintenance. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes its traffic and stored enquiries.

The savings calculator runs in your browser. Its entered expense amounts are not submitted to our server. You choose whether to save or share its report.

Enquiry records

Unsuccessful enquiry records in our website database are removed after 90 days without activity, unless a legal hold requires retention. If you engage us for work, we will explain the separate service agreement and applicable record retention before proceeding. We do not sell enquiry information.

We use Resend to notify our business inbox about submitted enquiries. Those notifications include the details you submit. Email correspondence is also held in our business email system; you may request deletion through the address below. No payment or migration starts when you submit this form.
